Thursday, July 8, 1999—Bucks County Commissioners Michael Fitzpatrick, Sandra Miller and Charles Martin spoke to members of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce at this morning’s annual “State of the County” address at Bucks County Community College, Newtown. The Commissioners provided an update on key issues: the County’s financial condition, the Bucks County Enterprise Zone, Open Space Initiatives, the new Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home, updating communication systems for emergency services, and transportation issues. They also fielded several questions from the audience following their presentation.
